MATERIAL SELECTION
We begin with carefully chosen premium-grade raw materials, including cathode, anode, separator, and electrolyte components. Each material is tested.
Electrode Preparation
In this stage, active materials are mixed with binders and conductive additives to create a uniform slurry.
Electrolyte Filling
During this step, each cell is carefully injected with a precisely measured amount of high-purity electrolyte.
Formation & Aging
Cells undergo strict charging–discharging cycles to stabilize performance and extend battery lifespan.
Quality & Safety Testing
Every cell passes through thermal checks, capacity tests, short-circuit protection tests, and international safety standards.
Battery Pack Assembly
Cells are grouped and integrated with a smart BMS (Battery Management System) for protection and long-term durability.
